I have 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist in the medical and commercial industries. I have exceptional administration, phone and customer service skills.

I am passionate about the real estate industry, and it would be a privilege to provide essential support to the property management and sales team at McCarthy Real Estate. I understand that your clients expect the highest level of customer service and you can rely on my consistently friendly, efficient and client-driven approach to satisfy clients.

I have advanced computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite, and a typing speed of 85 words per minute. I am 100% accurate in my record keeping, filing and database management. As you will appreciate, there was no room for errors in the maintenance and storage of patient histories, nor in the client record management of major construction group, Sallways Industrial.

Following Year 12 VCE, I successfully completed an Administrative Assistant traineeship with Sallways Industrial, which gave me an excellent grounding in administrative requirements of a large company, thorough customer service skills training and I was able to establish excellent working relationships with the staff at Sallways, from the Senior Management to the sub-contractors

Desiring a different range of tasks and a challenging new environment, I took on the role of Medical Receptionist with Saint Stephens Family Health. My responsibilities included filing patient histories, greeting patients and their families, providing assistance to medical practitioners, making appointments and providing directions to patients and answering a busy telephone switchboard. I undertook my every responsibility with the objective of providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring that I completed my every responsibility with the utmost integrity.
