I write to apply for the position of Brand Manager with Sell Products Inc, as advertised in Marketing magazine May edition 2010.

My most recent position as Product Manager with the Nimble Group allowed me to demonstrate my advanced creative and analytical skills, and to prove my results-oriented approach by yielding exceptional sales, a record increase in new clients and consistently positive and glowing testimonials from clients.

Over a four year period, I generated a 70% increase in new clients through carefully planned and managed marketing campaigns using traditional and new social media techniques. Media coverage of the brands in my portfolio increased by at least 30%, including positive reviews and editorial. I was instrumental in the recruitment, training and management of Nimble Group’s creative staff, and through building strong and respectful relationships with each of the creative staff, I was able to drive innovative and brand values-driven campaigns. I also developed the extremely fast and valuable market research toolbook, now used by all Managers and Account Co-ordinators within Nimble Group. With the assistance of a technical writer, I developed a comprehensive guide to measuring the effect of brand campaigns on brand identity, customer reactions to the brand, profits and target audience compared to the real market.

I joined Nimble Group in 2005, soon after graduating with a Bachelor of Marketing and rose from an entry position as Account Co-ordinator, handling 10 clients, to my present role as Product Manager, handling 43 major clients, each worth at least $20,000 to our annual profits.
